Freeware/Open-Source Ersatz für Visio

    Hallo zusammen,
    kennt einer von euch einen Visio Ersatz der Freeware oder Open-Source ist? Ein Kumpel von mir bräuchte ein Programm wie Visio. Er muss teilweise Stammbäume erstellen die ähnlich wie ein Flussdiagramm aussehen, anbei ein Beispiel:

    Das Programm sollte wenn möglich auch noch in Deutsch bzw. deutsche AddIns oder ähnliches zur Verfügung stellen.
